Fine rooftop terrace views.

My room was unbearably hot, forcing me to open the window. Unfortunately, this led to numerous mosquito bites . The facilities were lacking for a 4-star hotel, with instant coffee and impractical paper cups.

A storage, Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning in a nice size rooms were awesome.

We booked a superior king room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was enjoyable with many different options; the location was awesome! Appreciated the location in an excellent area to all attractions.

Views were not so great.

Fine rooftop terrace views overlooking historic landmarks. The breakfast dining area offers a gorgeous setting with fresh, local options that satisfy every palate. Conveniently located near major attractions.

Our initial room felt cramped at less than 10m2 instead of the booked 16m2, a significant oversight. The air conditioning in the subsequent room was ineffective, leaving us uncomfortable, especially considering the sewage vent nearby that let in unpleasant odors whenever the window was opened. Noise from outside seeped in at night, detracting from the overall comfort, particularly during a festive time when celebrations echoed down the street.

Breakfast was good. The location with the rooftop bar that has exceptional views of the Duomo. Make reservations for the bar or you may not get seated.

No iron in the room but an ironing lounge instead. This was their solution instead of providing an iron.

the location was excellent. the breakfasty adequate for a 4 star hotel.

The streets round the hotel were extremely noisy with group of people talking and singing loudly until 5 am.the room although superiour was on the small side.

The rooftop bar had fine views of the city, and the breakfast selection included fresh pastries and fruits. The staff was genuinely helpful and provided great dining recommendations.

Very nice experience during our stay at Florence, the location is almost perfect and the staff is great!

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the rooftop bar views were amazing. Our room was spacious and elegantly furnished, far better than the photos showed.

The venue is upscale, clean and the location is good very close to all the major attractions, a historical palace with very nice decorations, and the Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo. The staff are competent and efficient, managed the parking nearby.

The location was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful. It was nice and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and we loved the roof terrace evening cocktails.

the receptionist made a tlelphone on our behalf to enquire about tickets and charged us an exorbitant fee of 6 euros, which was so unnecessary and hsould have been free, as a courtesy, we thouhgt. The decor in the room needed painting and the bathroom fan did not work, not did one of the lights in the bathroom.

Noise disruptions from the surrounding streets can be quite bothersome!!! Some rooms lacked sufficient heating.

I am well travelled and I will honestly say that your hotel staff was one of the best! They were all so friendly and helpful. I stayed one night, then returned on my flight out because the service was that good. I'll definitely be back and would recommend your fabulous place!

My first room only had 1 outlet in the bathroom.

Nice position, beautiful hall, very nice room (de luxe one), well cleaned. Fantastic sightwiew on the roofgarden. Nice breakfast.
